Introduction to one-step molding process:


The one-step molding method plays a crucial role in the production process of products. 

Ordinary molding technology, high content of resin in the production formula will accelerate product degradation, increasing the braking distance to 50%. 

Low pressure results in insufficient density and weak bonding with the steel back, making the product wear-resistant and prone to detachment. 

The one-step method we adopt can use high pressure to compress the friction block during the production process of brake pads and tightly bond it with the steel backing, 

and use less resin in the production formula to improve the degradation of brake pads. 

After testing, it has been proven that brake pads produced by one-step method have better braking performance.
